To make our golf outing successful, we not only need golfers, WE NEED SPONSORS!!!! There are plenty of ways to help us out with sponsorship, including hole sponsors, meal sponsors, team sponsors and raffle/silent auction prizes.

Any donation will earn you special mention on our website and brochure. Hole and meal sponsors will also receive special recognition at our awards ceremony. Donation checks can be made out directly to the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. Pledged amount must be paid before the outing.

Here are a few sponsorship options:

 Enter a Team (Entry is $100/Golfer - $95 if paid by 9/7)

 Sponsor a Team ($100) (Cart Signs Included)

 Sponsor a Hole ($200 / hole plus prize for winner). Includes signage and special mention on scorecards.

 Sponsor the Hole-In-One contest ($400). Includes signage at 4 Holes and special mention on scorecards.

 Sponsor "lunch", consisting of a Cousin's sub lunchbox for each participant ($500). Includes signage and special mention on scorecards and at awards ceremony.

 Sponsor awards ceremony dinner ($1,000). Includes signage and special mention on scorecards and at ceremony.

 Provide prizes for the raffle and/or awards ceremony.
